By using the Glowed By Aurelia website, you agree to these terms. Please read them before reserving or ordering a product or submitting your story to the Story Studio.

Who we are

This website is operated by Elite Empire LLC, doing business as Glowed By Aurelia, based in Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA. You can reach us at aureliasupport@protonmail.com.

Orders and payment

When ordering is open, all prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock limits or pricing errors, and if we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

Sales tax

Sales tax is added where required by law and is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States, excluding California. Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days before shipment, and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery and we will work with you to put it right.

Returns

Our Returns policy is part of these terms.

Product use and safety

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Please read the safety information on each product page and patch-test before first use. Stop using a product and consult a doctor if irritation occurs, and check the ingredient list if you have allergies. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and results vary from person to person.

Product images

Product images are for illustration, and actual packaging may vary slightly.

Story Studio submissions

Story Studio and Find Your Scent give you a recommendation from our existing collection in your browser. Standard return and exchange policies apply to any product you purchase.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Glowed By Aurelia name and logo, product names, imagery and copy, belongs to Elite Empire LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Empire LLC and Glowed By Aurelia are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
