30 days from delivery
Unopened, unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. Once the 30-day window has passed, we're unable to accept returns.
Unopened & unused
For the safety and hygiene of every client, opened or used skincare and fragrance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Free scent & size swaps
Want a different ritual or fragrance instead? Unopened items may be exchanged within 30 days at no additional cost beyond any price difference. Email us and we'll guide you through it.
We'll make it right
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping — no return shipping cost to you.
Email us first
Returns and exchanges begin with a message to our support team, not by mailing items back unannounced. Email aureliasupport@protonmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send return authorization and instructions.
