Glowed By Aurelia is a brand of Elite Empire LLC, based in Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA (âwe,â âus,â âourâ). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who can see it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use our contact form or place an order, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, ship-to state, the items youâre interested in, and any message or note.
Story Studio and Find Your Scent. Your answers are processed in your browser to show you a result. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Cookies. We use a small cookie notice to remember that you've seen our cookie banner. This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
To answer your messages, to process and ship your orders, to keep the site secure, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We only send marketing emails if you have asked us to, and every one will include a way to unsubscribe.
Who receives your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including:
- A contact form delivery service that routes messages from our contact form to our inbox.
- A website hosting provider that serves this site to your browser.
- Google Fonts serves the siteâs typefaces; your browser requests them from Google, which can see your IP address.
- Stripe processes payments. Card details are entered on Stripeâs secure checkout and are never collected or stored by us.
- Our email provider, which we use to correspond with you.
- Shipping carriers receive your name and address so your order can be delivered.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and order details only as long as needed to help you, to keep business and tax records, and to resolve disputes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to aureliasupport@protonmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
California residents. California law gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. Email us to make a request.
Childrenâs privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We work with reputable providers and use encrypted (HTTPS) connections throughout the site to protect your information in transit. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant checkout â we never see or store your card number. We limit access to your data to what's needed to run the business and stay current with security best practices. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
